Hayya ala as-salah, hayya ala al-falah
Wa la ilaha ilallah. Taqaball minna ya Allah.

If you feel the strain of life
The grief of loneliness
Go to the place you call your own
And meet with your belovéd

Lay aside your worldly cares,
The heavy load of desire
Yearn to seek His blessed face
Spread your wings and fly

Praise Him with the poetry
Of motion and of speech
Recite and hear Him call to you
Prostrate your heart to Him

I know you will understand
No matter who you are
The peace you seek, the love you need
Is found within salah.
